How do you feel about your paper?

So, how does everyone feel about their papers due Monday? Mine involved Lady Gaga and Madonna. I decided to change from Marilyn Monroe since there was a better cnnection between Lady Gaga and Madonna. I feel fairly good about my paper. What problems has everyone encountered with their papers? I had problems just organizing all the information into a way that fit into the contextual analysis format. It was difficult not to make it almost into a research paper. So, anyways. Problems? Feelings? Share them.

Contextual Analysis paper, my idea... Thumbs up or down?

I have been pondering over what to write about for my contextual analysis paper and I have come to one that keeps popping up. This is slightly random so here goes... I was watching the music video to Alejandro by Lady Gaga the other day with my roommate and there is one scene in which Lady Gaga mimicks Marilyn Monroe. Then it dawned on me... Why not compare the two icons? How Marilyn Monroe was viewed during her time period and now, and how Lady Gaga is viewed today and how she might be viewed in the future. Any thoughts? Thumbs up or down?

Children of Men. Intense movie with... Implications?

The movie Children of Men is an adrenaline filled, heart-racing, tension filled, thriller that will keep you enthralled till the very end. The ending of this movie leaves many questions unaswered that throughout the movie are posed. An example of one of the questions is, "Is the government the reason behind the infertility crisis?" Does this question imply that our government will be our downfall in the future? And what type of rhetoric is implied?
