"American Idiot" simply Genius? Ethos? Logos? Pathos?

Green Day's 2004 album "American Idiot" was presented with high ratings, recieved many awards, and sold millions of copies, launching the band to be named the biggest band in the world for the 2nd time in their 18 year carreer at the time. The lyrics and song titles in the album are highly suggestive towards political views and aren't sugar-coated in any way about expressing the band's views upon how the government was running the country at the time. What are your views on the album. Is there Ethos, Pathos, or Logos? If so, explain.

  1. I would say by that discription it would be considerd ethos. If their views are running the thouhts of america then they are the swaying factor because they are celebreties.
